Taking insulin is painful

I am 73 years old.I am suffring from diabetes since last 15 years.I am taking insulin by injection
15 unit before lunch and 13 unit before dinner.By taking insulin it is controlled to 250 as postmeal.
It is very very painfull to take insulin in old age.
You are requested to please give me solution of taking painfull insulin
