false blood glucose reading

{I am taking medicine for food poison and constipation since one week. yesterday i check my glucose with one touch after half an hour or one hour of my dinner. i found my glucose level is 335g, i have no symptoms of urination, thirsty, hungry or eye etc.

I have seen your post and i was concern about your worry. I am a nutritionist i can't explain you the interaction of medicine and food (chemical reaction) but can tell you that certain drugs taken during food poisoning may alter your enzyme system and elevate your blood glucose level. It may show you a false result as it is a temporary reaction. But my sincere advice to you is that you should check your blood sugar after 24 hours, when you had finished the given dose.

Can you tell me (as a nutritionist) what type of diet modification i have to, as after exercise i fell lethargy, what kind of stuff i can take before and after my exercise?
