As i said i have lot of time and i use it with my sense.
My exercise routine is
15 mile peddle bike ride (1 hour).
Swim in pool (30 minutess).
Remove grass clippings from our lawn. (10-15 minutes
10 push ups and 20 sit ups.(before breakfast)
45 minutes on my TM @ 5% incline at 3.2 mph with 2 lb hand weights.
350 steps on stationary stepper machine.
In all, my routine investment of 2 hour 30 minutes in exercise.
