I WAS READING THE SYMPTOMS AND FOUND THAT IT SIMILAR TO POLYDIPSIA.WAS FEELING THIRSTY AND AFTER BLOOD TEST FOUND MY SUGAR LEVEL TO BE 107 FASTING. THE SITE IS VERY INFORMATIVE AND HAVE PLANNED FOR A REGULAR EXERCISE. REGARDS

My risk for diabetes in very high. Both my maternal grandparents had it. My grandmother took shots and my grandfather is taking pills. However; my mom is considered borderline. After reading the signs and symptons, I noticed that I have been experiencing 2 as of late. The frequent urination has been occuring for the last few days..I have been using the bathroom at least every 30 minutes. Last night I was laying across the bed watching TV, when all of a sudden, I got real sleepy and could not keep my eyes open. (I had a full night rest). In the past, I've had the fasting test done and it was negative. What else do I need to do? Do I make an appointment with my PCP even after the symptons has passed?

hi, since seven to eight months back i have been experiencing weight loss, thought my daily diet and nutrition remains unchanged,i often remains stress without any heavy duties which creates problem with my cocenteation on my studies.could my problem associates with fear of diabetis because till date i havent been to any such test.please suggest.

Are you suffering or had suffered from COPD? Did you had taken steroids for the COPD? this can raise your bg level.

Are you taking any kind of medication? I mean that certain medication may result with artificial hypo or hyper periods. check out the meds side effect you are taking or had taken.

don't worry about the diabetes. If you have family history you may be falling to be its prey. But again it may or may not be diabetes. Try to relate your medication, diet and exercise with your symptoms for at least a week. If still you feel that you had diabetes, then please do not delay.

I was having gestational diabetics during my pregnamncy. My delivery was by c-scetion before 6 months. I am feeling very much thirsty and my skin is very dry. polyurination is also there. I am facing breathing problem in winter season. During the sscissarion I got resperatory arrest. Doctors says I am perfect in heart & chest X-ray. They did not tested me for sugar. Will you please tell me am I diabetic.

I am Suresh Sahdev, i am feeling burning in my veins, as i already went for medical & took the medicines for diabetes, now i am ok. My sugar is normal as per my medical report on 17-12-08 fasting is 84mg% & blood sugar(pp) 126.0mg%...but one problem which i am facing right now ...that i am feeling burning in my veins, after eating anything either its dinner,lunch any fast food.so pls suggest me what to do.. :((nidhi1286@yahoo.com)).

Hi I am Avadhesh, i am feeling thirsty very much, from last two months my water consumption have been increased more than 4 times, at the same time I am loosing my weight. Sir, I am feeling pain when i urinate and my urine is of dark yellow colour. Are these the signs of diabetes. Where shall I get my self checked up for the same ?

If a person is highly active & physically strong but having sugar level of 115 at fasting, will he be considered as diabetic???

Hello i am a student of plus 2. I am getting frequent itching in hands during night. The severity is high and i am sure nothing is plucking like mosquito etc but still i am getting severe itching problem. When i rub the itching place very hardly still the itch persist, i have a doubt whether it is diabetes symptom. please help me.

Hi, Last 24 hrs had fever. Severe cold. Today afternoon while coming in the train, got fainted twice. When I got fainted second time some one given me chocolate and little water. Which helped me faster recovery. When I got fainted had abnormal sweating? Please give me your views or reasons ...for all this.
