Almost all that stuff listed is found in oatmeal. It certinly is not a glamorous food. Most people find it hard to eat wiyhout a lotta sugar, however if you are diabetec and want some normalcy in the way your body feels, you don,t need to be a physcian to see that all these things you need are in oatmeal.
